A Visit to Hatcher Dairy

Today we joined the young families group from church and went to visit Hatcher Dairy. Hazel had a great time seeing the cows, and she even got to feed one! Zane was his normal happy self, smiling for everyone.

This was the "nursery" where the baby cows were. One was just born this morning!

This was the oldest cow there- she is 12. Hazel was so gentle with her!

Mmmm... fresh milk!!

How cute. Hazel looks like a little farm girl in those adorable overalls. What a fun experience for them and you. How was the fresh milk?

Well you have moved to the country! Nothing better than for children to learn about animals by touching and seeing. Cute cute pictures.
